How can I open a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) account in Jainam Broking Limited?

The HUF account can be opened online as well as offline. If the client is having a mobile number that is linked with the Aadhaar card then he/she must go with the online method, in case the mobile number is not linked you can proceed with the offline(physical form).

If you have not linked your mobile number or email ID to your Aadhaar, you will not be able to complete the process. You can visit your nearby Aadhaar Seva Kendra to have your Aadhaar updated if the number that is linked to it is inactive or if it is not linked at all. Look for your nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra.

The client who has the mobile number registered with the Aadhaar card can opt out with the online method (E-KYC).

With the help of the following process, you can do the HUF account opening process from onboard.

1. Log into the onboard portal (https://onboard.jainam.in/)

2. Click on the (+) which is located on the right-hand side top corner.

3. Over there you can find the HUF entity click on it.

4. Enter the PAN card and DOB (same as PAN card)

5. Fill up the HUF details like address, Karta, and coparcener details. Also please note that a bank statement with the latest transaction page is required (The last Transaction date should be within 3 Months)

8. Select the segment which needs to be activated, and set the brokerage of the client.

9. If the client's mobile number is registered with the Aadhaar card then you can select the E-sign option, in case the client doesn't have the mobile number linked with the Aadhaar then he/she can select the other option "download and courier".

10. After clicking on the E-sign option, just upload the required document, and proceed with the E-sign (also please note, that the documents which are getting uploaded are enough clear and proper to read).

11. Click on the proceed button.

12. Enter the Aadhaar number in the given box, and click on the Send OTP (The OTP will go to the mobile number which is linked with the Aadhaar card)

13. After entering the OTP, please do not close the tab manually, it will close in automatically after 3 seconds (closing the tab or refreshing manually can cause the incomplete entry).
