1) The PAN Card copy of the firm and the PAN Card copies of each individual Partner of the firm (Individual PAN to be self-attested respectively without the seal and sign of the Authorized Signatory).
2) A copy of the Partnership Deed which is duly attested by a public notary.The seal and signature of the Authorized Signatory should appear on the first three pages of the partnership deed, or on all pages if there are fewer.
3) Address proof copy of the firm and the address proof copy of each of the Partners of the firm. (Individual address).
You can send any one of the following as address proof.
1) Bank statement of the firm (not older than 3 months).
2) Registration certificate, lease or rental agreement, and utility bill, all in the name of the firm.
3) Proof of bank account (A copy of a cancelled Cheque/Bank Statement/Bank Passbook/Letter from the Bank).
4) A copy of the balance sheets for the last 2 financial years (in case the firm is opened newly) then a net worth certificate from the chartered accountant is required.
5) Partnership Letter, Details of Partners, Details of Sharing
6) A copy of the Certificate of Registration (For Registered Partnerships only).
